We have an amazing opportunity to support all things brand!
This role is responsible supporting the continued growth and increased engagement of the Lullabellz social audience through influencer collaborations and PR opportunities.
You will ensure Lullabellz’s prominence in the social space driven by the content and awareness generated with key partners. You will support the team on various marketing initiatives to grow our brand exposure. You’ll be fast on your feet and ready to come up with bright new ideas.
Main Role Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop & execute 3rd party collaborative marketing requirements across all channels.
- Work closely with external stakeholders to deliver engaging content and campaigns along with social and influencer talent.
- Daily correspondence with key influencers and partners via social media DM’s and emails.
- Work to set clear KPI’s and objectives in order to deliver campaigns on time and measure success to feed improvements into future planning.
- Flexibility when necessary to attend and manage brand events.
- Drive positive PR product placement responding to journalist requests and managing the distribution of press releases and wider PR content.
- Act as support for other social and influencer marketing tasks when required.

- A commercial awareness and ambition to strive for growth.
- An open mind and “think-out-of-the-box” attitude.
- Confidence to develop, present and back your ideas to a group or team yet finds feedback constructive to develop ideas further.
- Confidence in negotiating.
- Effective project management skills and the ability to work on different projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience in a similar role previously and/or a marketing qualification
- Some knowledge of content planning and editing.
Role Information
- Salary: £22,000.00 - £25,000.00 per annum, DOE
- Flexible working (core hours) and hybrid working (2 days per week WFH).
