Social Media Manager
Overview
As the Social Media Manager at LullaBellz, you’ll be at the forefront of our creative strategy, bringing our products to life for our hair-obsessed audience.
Your primary focus will be developing and executing a dynamic social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok. Whether you’re collaborating with UGC creators on seasonal campaigns, working on shoots with our next Brand Ambassador, or jumping in front of the camera to stay ahead of the latest trends, you’ll be the driving force behind turning our products into viral moments.
Working closely with the wider marketing team, you’ll ensure a social-first mindset is embedded in everything we do, aligning content with overall business objectives. With a proven track record of creating viral content and driving social success, you’ll play a key role in growing and engaging our community.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience managing social media for brands, agencies, or creative businesses. Working within fashion or lifestyle brands is a big plus!
- Storyteller at heart: You love creating narratives that connect everyday customer experiences to products, turning relatable moments into compelling reasons to buy.
- A customer-centric mindset: You know what hooks someone into a piece of content on social and how to connect that hook to a reason someone might want to buy a product.
- Camera-confident: You're comfortable both in front of and behind the lens—ready to star in content when trends demand quick action or direct others when needed, understanding that reactive content is key to social success.
- Tenacious, ambitious mindset: From finding the next best UGC creator on Tik Tok to taking us to Paris to take advantage of the latest Insta-trend, you’ll be a tenacious individual who is as ambitious as we are to bring LullaBellz to all hair-obsessed girls.
- Trend-obsessed: You know what’s happening before it happens.
- Content creation skills: You’ll be an expert in editing videos using CapCut and Premier Pro, alongside writing sharp copy and briefing first-class design.
- Sharp analytical skills: You track performance, spot patterns, and optimise for impact.
- Platform expertise: You’re fluent in Instagram, TikTok, TikTok Lives and beyond.
- Management experience: We want you to get the best out of people you directly manage, including junior team members, freelancers and external partners.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that amplifies our brand, engages our audience, and drives sales across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
- Create compelling, trend-driven content whether it’s storytelling through UGC content, directing engaging video shoots, or jumping in front of the camera to bring ideas to life.
- Stay ahead of trends by identifying emerging formats, sounds/songs and viral moments, ensuring LullaBellz is creating content that is on-trend in the moment.
- Grow and engage our community by fostering relationships with customers, influencers, and creators to drive brand advocacy.
- Collaborate with UGC creators and influencers to source high quality, performance-led content that resonates with our audience.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, freelancers, and external partners, ensuring the delivery of our social strategy.
- Track, analyse, and optimise social performance, using insights to refine content, improve engagement, and drive measurable results.
- Own reactive content creation, staying proactive in jumping on viral trends and real-time opportunities.
- Drive innovation by continuously testing new content formats, platform features, and creative approaches to keep LullaBellz at the forefront of social media.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and engagement
- Excellent video editing skills with experience using CapCut, PremierPro and Tik Tok editing
- Excellent writing skills and visual content creation abilities
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting
- Excellent image and video editing skills
Salary
£32,000 - £38,000 per annum DOE
